Change of mind/cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your project and would like to cancel your order, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We cannot issue a full refund and your cancellation request will be reviewed based on time spent on project and will be refunded accordingly.

 

Payment

All invoices must be paid within 7 days. Overdue invoices may result in future work being placed on hold until invoice is paid. 50% deposit is required on Website Design.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and all work is confidential. If you are requiring third party services, we may discuss aspects of your business so they are able to complete the job to a high satisfaction.

 

Quotes

All quotes expire after 30 days.
